1986: The ALC is founded, introducing a fair commission structure, profit sharing, open books, and the WI4C2TES
1996: Keller Williams University is formed. KW MAPS Coaching is created.
2004: The Millionaire Real Estate Agent is published and becomes a national bestseller.
2010: SHIFT: How Top Real estate Agents Tackle Tough Times is published.
2015: KW becomes largest real estate franchise by agent count in the world.
