How long does it take to get my real estate license?

The time required to complete the course varies among agents. Some finish in as little as 60 days, while others may take up to six months to pass the PSI Exam from the start of the course. We recommend progressing through the course and the entire process as quickly as possible. Since you will be tested on the material covered on the first day, it’s helpful to retain that information while it is still fresh in your mind.

What is the PSI Exam?

After you pass your Pre-Licensing Final you will need to sit for your PSI Exam. The PSI Exam is composed of a variety of multiple-choice questions about real estate law and the ethics and professional responsibilities of the real estate industry. You must pass the Indiana Exam and the National Exam.

What is E&O Insurance?

E&O stands for Errors & Omissions. The state of Indiana requires all agents carry E&O Insurance.
